New studies

I decided to try and draw Jerry by useing some poses from ren and stimpy. I don't know if that was a good idea or not but it's kind of fun.

And I started copying a new comic.

and I finished this one....i think.

I screwed up on the wolf's structure. I felt like I was playing the guessing game with him.

The door behind bugs helped me see my errors. If you look at the real image of this the door's edge on the right should be closer with bugs knee, which it's not. I didn't hit the gesture pose right at all because his leg isn't high enough (i'm assuming that's the problem anyway).

I think I accidently pushed "color restoration" while scanning, which is making the lines look a lot darker than they really are.



If you're wondering what the blue stuff is, I accidently got marker on it.

Here's a toy study.

This top half stuff are real bad. Too sketchy and I even accidently spilled some contact cleaner on a few. It made me go teary eyed because I was even studying from Coal Black. Embarrassing.

Obviously, some of these images aren't even done yet. The last two images at the bottom I found were harder to do because I was drawing from a dvd. The shapes are not spelled out for you like in the preston blair book. I don't even know if I chose good poses, I just paused wherever.
